George Marion Stidham was born 14 Oct 1877 in Carroll County, Georgia and died 13 Apr 1954 in Cullman County, Alabama. He is buried at Pilgrims Rest Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Holly Pond, Cullman County, Alabama. He is the son Reuben J George Stidham and Lockie Ann Bethel Williams.

He married 1st Margaret Ann Salena Holcombe 26 August, 1900 in Cullman County, Alabama. They had 8 children. After her death 24 Dec 1915, he married 2nd Bertha Ella Miller 20 Jun 1918 in Cullman County, Alabama. They had 2 children before her death 6 Apr, 1923.
