Please try to correct the birth name. Original records (as in Strassburger & Hinke) give the surname as Stiess, not Steiss.

Stiess-8 and Steiss-2 appear to represent the same person because: Please read them both. Trying to do a GED import. I keep my master tree in Geni.

Steiss-2 and Stiess-2 appear to represent the same person because: Clear duplicate. As far as I can tell her father's last name is spelled Stiess. If there is concern about the name please make it an unmerged match.
