Not interested in a PGM box as I don't think she existed, https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Arnold-613. Not sure what to do with a non existent person who is project protected. She is no relation, adopted profile on a line that turned out to be non related.
Hello Michael. I'm replying to your question about my James M Black b 1822 in Tennessee. I have no idea where in Tennessee he was born although I have been looking. I found a census where his father is said to be from South Carolina and his mother from Georgia but I've been unable to link find them. It's one of those dead ends. I've started posting here after losing my Ancestry program.
Please contact me within the next week to let me know if you would like to remain an active member of the project. If I don’t hear back from you I will assume you no longer want to be a part of the Categorization Project.
Hi Michael. Thank You for your response. I noticed you have Civil War and the War of 1812 on part of your pages. When you have time you may want to look into your Couch Connection a bit more deeply. Several of Our Couch Family Ancestors served in them. I Know Ebenezer Couch, my 4th or 5th Great-Grandfather is mentioned in the book " 1812 ." Many also served in thr Revolutionary War. My Distant Cousin, Darius Nash Couch was a Major General in the Civil War and there is some Fascinating information about him available on line. I sent a couple of messages to Rick Pierpoint a while back and never got a response so I have considered him as a dead end for my research. I Know he has done a lot on the Couch line and I'm sure he is quite a good Genealogist. Not hearing from him doesn't help me.
I had recently been contacted by a Baltzer Kolb descendant on Ancestry, but I notice that Culp-1025, who is apparently a descendant of Baltzer, has a very different haplogroup (I-P37) than the R-M405 that characterizes Dielman descendants.
