Phyllis Dolene Stinson was born in May 1906 at Toronto, York, Ontario, Canada. She was the daughter of Edward Stinson and Christy Lennox[1].
Phyllis died in June 1906 age 50 days at Toronto[2] and was buried at Mount Pleasant Cemetery[3] although she was later moved to her parents plot at Prospect Cemetery[4].
