Biography

Edmond was born on 26 November 1873 near Peru, Nemaha county, Nebraska.[1] He was the son of Henry Stites (1848-1943) and Alma Taylor (1849-1936), who were married about 1870 in Palmyra, Otoe county, Nebraska. Ed had four brothers and one sister.[2]
He married Ella Rabern on 25 October 1893 in Otoe county, Nebraska.[3] She was born near Crete in 1871 and was the daughter of Robert R. Rabern (1843-1909) and Elmyra Faulkner (1845-1929). They had two daughters, Stella May (1894-1988) and Alma Elmira (1896-1977).[4]

Ed died on 26 November 1873 near Brock, Nemaha county, Nebraska and was buried in the Johnson Cemetery at Johnson, Nemaha county, Nebraska.[5]
