Research Notes
Note: Removed as a son of Drury Stith and wife Mary Jacob 21 May 2022. There is no evidence to support Drury Stith having had a son named Thomas. Drury's will dated 24th June 1788, codicil dated 22 June 1789 made no mention of a child named Thomas. The division of Drury's estate in 1791 made no mention of a son Thomas among the minor children: "Brunswick, Virginia, United States Records," images, FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G9PH-SZP5 : February 9, 2021), image 462 of 626; Virginia. County Court (Brunswick County).
