Randall was a brickmaker by trade and one of the early settlers of Meigs County, Ohio. He married
Phebe Taylor Ball
(abt 1786-1868) about 11 March 1811, at Sempronius, Cayuga, New York, United States.
The marriage ended around 16 Nov 1868, with Phebe's death.
He died several years later on 17 Nov 1875.

Catherine Stivers was born around 1812 in New York  and died on 14 June 1889 at Chattanooga, Hamilton, Tennessee, United States.  She is buried at Forest Hills Cemetery at Chattanooga.  Catherine married Theodore Montague. 
Washington Stivers was born around 28 June 1813 at Marcellus, Onondaga, New York, United States, and died around 06 April 1892 at Chatanooga, Hamilton, Tennessee, United States. He is buried at Forest Hills Cemetery in Chattanooga. He was married twice, first to Julia Caroline Stanley (1817-1852), second to Caroline Fisher (1824-1880). 
George Stivers was born around 13 Aug 1814 in New York, and he died around 02 January 1853 in the Battle of Stone Mountain, Stone Mountain, DeKalb, Georgia, United States (Civil War). He is buried in Vevay Cemetery, Vevay, Switzerland, Indiana, United States. He married Elizabeth "Lizzie" Rice.
