Obituary
James E. Stockham, 76, died Thursday afternoon in Riverview Manor Nursing Home, He had been ill a year. Mr. Stockham was a retired postal worker. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Lucy Pearl Stockham. Surviving are four sons, James E. Jr. of Aurora, Ind., Howard, 3020 Simpson St., Robert, serving with the U.S. Navy in Japan and Dr. Charles at Columbus; a daughter, Mrs. Dale Kelley of South Bend, Ind.; a brother, Don C. Stockham Sr. of Friendship, and a sister, Mrs. Guy C. Lookabaugh of Buena Vista. Also surviving are six grandchildren. Funeral services are pending the arrival of Mrs. Kelley. The body is at Gill Funeral Home.
