LNAB was Smith
In the 1861 census, she was with her mother and siblings on Cauldwell Hall Road, Ipswich.
This person was created on 06 January 2010 through the import of gl120368.ged - she was attached (in error) in the gedcom as the wife of William Shearing Amass said to have married in 1881 (viewable on ancestry). William actually married an Emma (Stokes) Amass in 1881. He did not later marry an Ann Stokes as 'Emma Amass widow' was granted probate in 1903.
The 1861 record attached here is for an Ann Stokes, daughter of Maria Stokes (nee Smith?), with younger siblings, Edward and Eliza Ann (also born Ipswich). Ann's mother and siblings appear in the 1871 census - her mother is recorded as the wife of Richard Beth (Betts) (married 1870).
