Stone-5336 and Stone-2278 appear to represent the same person because: Same birth date. Same Husband. Clear duplicate. But in the merge, use Samuel Stone as her father. He is the one listed in the Lexington, MA Vital Records. It is true that Dorcas Jones is her mother, but Deacon Simon couldn't be her father, since Samuel Stone is listed as marrying Dorcas Jones on 12 June 1679 in the Lexington VR. Also, when Dorcas Jones died in 1746, her tombstone named Samuel Stone as her deceased husband (he died in 1743). I shouldn't say the good Deacon couldn't be her father, but since he was married to Sarah Farnsworth at the time, it would be a case of double bigamy. I have asked the other PMs to dissolve the Simon Stone / Dorcas Jones supposed marriage.
