Her sister was Marian Kay (Stone) Fetterly (1907 - 1997).

Bettie Smittie of Apple Valley is the house guest of her sister, Marian Fetterly, and she is being entertained by old friends. Mrs. Smittie and her late husband Roy were long time Arcadians before they moved to Apple Valley. ^[1]
