Biography

Emma was born in 1847. She was the daughter of Captain James Stone and Louisa Rawlings. She passed away in 1934.

New Zealand Herald 6.12.1869 p: 4 BYCROFT - STONE on the 2nd inst. at the residence of the bride’s father by the Rev. John Warren, John Bycroft of Onehunga Mills, eldest son of John Bycroft Esq. of Te Kowhai to Emma twin daughter of C. J . Stone Esq, of Huntly Lodge Auckland.

New Zealander 4.9.1847 STONE On Wednesday 1st September 1847, at her residence, Windsor Terrace, Auckland, the wife of C J Stone, of twin daughters.  

Emma was buried in Kelvin Grove cemetery : area C block 006 plot 063
