Ann Stone was born on January 15, 1670 in Sudbury, Middlesex, Massachusetts Bay Colony, daughter of Daniel Stone (1644–1719) and Mary Moore (<1642–1703).

Ann (27) married Samuel Graves (30) (born on February 14, 1667 in Sudbury; son of Joseph Graves and Elizabeth (Maynard) Graves) in 1698 in Sudbury, Massachusetts. Their children were:

Ann died on March 14, 1739 in Sudbury, Province of Massachusetts Bay, aged 69. She was buried in North Cemetery, Wayland.
