Biography

George Henry Hank Stone, son of George Stones and Matilda Coffman, was born on 8 September 1840 [1] or on 8 November 1841 [2] at Hillsdale, Hillsdale, Michigan.

George wed Jennie Mary Beach, who bore him three children: Clarence, Charles, Nellie, all born in Hillsdale, Hillsdale, Michigan.

"After his wife's early death due to tuberculosis, the three children were farmed out; George went to live in Angola, Indiana, not far from Hillsdale, Michigan." [3]

George Henry Stone died on 30 January 1909. [4]
