Biography

William was born 7th November 1826 in Launceston Tasmania. His parents as Robert STONEHOUSE and Jane MARSDEN.

A census taken at Launceston in 1828, gives his age as 18 months, and his father's occupation as District Constable.

He married Elizabeth McVEIGH in 1850, in Victoria.

He passed away at Panmure, Victoria in 1904, aged 77 years.
