Biography

Peggy was born as Erna Lula Stark to Thomas Stark Theo Stephens in 1904 in Texas. ^[1]

In the 1910 census Ernie (age 6) was the single daughter of Tom Starks in Denton, Denton, Texas, United States.^[2]

In the 1920 census Erna (age 15) was the single daughter of Thomas J Stark in Collinsville, Grayson, Texas, United States.^[3]

In the 1930 census Peggy (age 24) was the single daughter of Bocia Starks in Fort Worth, Tarrant, Texas, United States.^[4]

1940 US Census - Shows Peggy (age 35) living with her husband, William Chastian (Chasteen) (age 39) in Fort Worth, Tarrant, Texas. Her mother, Docie (Theo Docia) (age 57) is living with them, along with her sister-in-law, Nellie (age 48). ^[5]

She was the third wife for Alvin Kinney.

She died 1 Feb 1981 in Texas and was buried in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Ft. Worth, TX. ^{[6] [7]}
