Biography
Ann Stoughton (1699-1736) was the 1st wife of Pelatiah Bliss a shoemaker. They m. in 1722. [1] When she passed away he married Elizabeth Stoughton, in 1743. [2]

Nov. 17,1697, son of Samuel Bliss, Dec. 09, 1657 and Anne Elderkin Dec. 8, 1681, father of many, including a son Peletiah born on 1723 whose mother was Ann Stoughton ( Elizabeth ) The 1st Peletiah Bliss was married at least 3 times (1) Sarah Rogers Brown married in 1717 widow of John Brown, Ann Stoughton married in 1723, and Martha Avery Comstock , widow of Peter Comstock , married in 1742, also had a son names Peletiah born in 1745.
