Samuel Stout, son of Peter and Mary Bullen Stout, born 1676 and died 1733. He followed his Uncle Benjamin to Delaware and bought land at Dragon Run, New Castle, Delaware in 1720 and sold it in 1721. His wife's name was Margaret.
