Biography

David Stout, son of Caleb and Elizabeth Labaw Stout, born in Harrison County, (West) Virginia after his father and family emigrated from New Jersey in 1788. In his will written December 21 1825 his real and personal property is given to James and Samuel Stout, his brothers and Deliverance, Jemima and Eleanor, his sisters. [1]His brother Abel had move to Virginia and on to Kentucky, he had been witness to the assignment of Phebe Hall's guardian on record above the marriage record of Titus[2] and Gideon Stout's whereabouts for that date unknown. He married an Elizabeth ____________who is not mentioned in his will. [3]
