Biography
Lydia Stout was born on May 14, 1808, in Greene County, Pennsylvania, to Margaret Stout, age 19, and Elisha Stout, age 22.
She married William Gough on December 22, 1824, in Butler, Ohio. [1] They had 12 children in 22 years.
She died on February 22, 1892, in Greene County, Illinois, having lived a long life of 83 years, and was buried there in the Hardin Cemetery, [2]
