Biography
Paul was the son of William and Eliza (Drew) Stout and the brother of Harry, Charles, Candace, and Ruby. His father was a farmer and carpenter. After the death of his father in 1920, Paul continued to live on the Madison County, Kentucky, farm with his mother. He married Flossie McKeehan about 1938, and their son, Paul, Jr., was born in 1938 and died in infancy. Ronald, was born in 1940.
