Biography
Susan Barbara Stout was born on March 19, 1830, in Tennessee, the daughter of Reuben. She married Reuben Tilley and they had three children together. She then married Dekalb Holt and they had seven children together. She died on January 22, 1898, in Lincoln, Arkansas, at the age of 67, and was buried there.
