Biography
Wagaman Wagerman Waugerman Wageman Waugaman (!) family historian. I started researching when I was 14, after finding a paper my great grandfather had tucked into his roll-top desk, with the names of the male Wageman siblings in Berks County. On that paper was noted Rev. War Service. Since then, I have been researching families in both maternal and paternal lines - a few of the names in addition to the above (which is my mother's paternal line): STOUT, FAHNESTOCK, MILLER (Cumberland Cty PA), SHAFFER, KENNEDY, HEIGHES, STEINHAUER, DIBERT, DIVELY, DEFIBAUGH, HOLLER, EMERICK, SHROYER, MILLER (Somerset/Bedford County PA), METZGER, STATLER, HILL, COUGHENOUR, DEVORE, COOK, etc. Maternal line is primarily Bedford County, PA (originated in Berks County). Paternal line is primarily Cumberland County, PA (originated in New Jersey (Stout), WV (Kennedy), and eastern PA (Fahnestock). I look forward to sharing my research and learning more from others.
