Biography

Elisha Stover Sr. was born on 7 Jul 1775 in Harpswell, Maine, son of Alcot Stover (1741 - 1823) and Elizabeth (Allen) Stover (1744 - 1836).

Elisha married Eleanor Webber (1777 - 1862) on 4 Jun 1791 in Harpswell. Their children were:

  4. Susanna (Stover) Dunning (1803 - 1866)

  8. Eleanor (Stover) Hamilton (1821 - 1907).
