Louisa Eliza Stover, the daughter of Moses Obediah Stover and Martha Jane Pettry,[1] was born about April 1872 in West Virginia and died, perhaps, on March 7, 1951[2] in Raleigh, West Virginia. She married John Buzzard on July 7, 1897.[3] They had nine? children.[4][5][6][7][8]
