Biography
Son of Franklin Don & Katharine (JACKSON) STOWELL.
FJ died in a beach community called Porto de Galinhas, in the city of Ipojuca, Pernambuco, Brazil.
He used several different surnames including his birth name of STOWELL, his mother's second husband, HENDERSON, his mother's third husband, STONER, and maybe even his mother's fourth husband, AGNEW, and his alias when he illegally entered Brazil, SILVA.
He fled to Brazil about 20 years ago after walking away from a prison honor farm in California and stealing a brother's passport. He was serving time for several offenses including numerous parole violations.
FJ was the father of an unknown number of children but included are: Jessica Rochele da SILVA b: May 3, 1995, Natal, Brazil Franco “Frank” Luis da SILVA Jr. b: 10 Nov 1997, Natal, Brazil Frank ?? b: about 1999 Catalina ?? b: about 2007
His cause of death was cirrhosis of the liver.
