He was baptized on March 6, 1788 at Saint Andrew Parish in Keighley, and was the son of Thomas Stow and Elisabeth Walker.
Thomas passed away in 1831, his funeral service and Burial were also held at Saint Andrew. He is Buried in the church yard.
