DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships by comparing test results with Patricia or other carriers of her ancestors' mitochondrial DNA. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Patricia:

Have you taken a DNA test? If so, login to add it. If not, see our friends at Ancestry DNA.

We've missed you. Your Ancestors have missed you. Are you still interested in participating on WikiTree? Please let me know what your intentions are. We would love to see you active again but understand if you are no longer interested.

Let me explain what will happen if you no longer wish to continue on WikiTree, all of your living profiles will be deleted for privacy reasons, all profiles meeting the 150/200 year rule will be opened up and orphaned so others may adopt them and your personal profile will be deleted. I understand how tough that will be after all the work you have put into building profiles. Is there someone you can transfer your profiles to? If yes, please contact me and I will send you information on how to do that.

Thank you for all of your past contributions and hopefully future contributions.

Hi Patricia! Thanks for the thank you for my John W. Howard profile. Would love to hear more about your John Howard. My husbands surname is Howard and I am finding it to be quite challenging to track them down. Brick walls abound lol :) Hope to hear from you!

Hi Patricia, I see that you’ve entered ‘confirmed with DNA’ for the relationships between many of your ancestors. But your profile only displays one other person on WikiTree who has taken a DNA test. Would you please explain on each profile for each of the relationships ‘confirmed with DNA’ how you used DNA to confirm that relationship. Here is an explanation of how to do that: http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/DNA_Confirmation

Thanks!

Hi ,

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful.

Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.

If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.

Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page. Michelle ~ WikiTree Mentor

Patricia, Thank You for Managing Gregg Co., Texas. Good health alludes me at the moment. I will try to back you up for this county. :) JPVIV

Patricia, I do not see any incorrect tags on this page. iffff you entered us history with as u.s. history, the periods may have thrown off the tag. if so, try to take the periods off, or delete the tag and close your page, then re-open the page and try again..

It takes a while to get wikiTree learned, before it beats us to the punch ....
