Biography

James Robert Stratton, son of Andrew Stratton and Elizabeth Russell was born in October 1854 probably in Monroe County, Tennessee. He passed away in 1928 and is buried in Lone Oak Cemetery, Graham County, North Carolina.[1] The memorial on Find A Grave disagrees with the year of birth as listed on the 1900 census.
