Stephen Streeter was born in Feb 1773 to parents Thomas and Ann.[1]

Research Notes

There is some controversy about the death date. Other family trees have a death in 1814, and there is some evidence in that one of the records of a William Streeter born to Elizabeth and Stephen Streeter in 1815 is marked posthumous, which may indicate that he was born after the death of a parent. Benjamin and Sophia's birth records in 1818 and 1821 do not list a father. Two deaths of a Stephen Streeter have been found in Kent in April and May 1814, but they are both too young, at 29 and 10 years old respectively when he would have been 41.

Marriage: Chatham, St Mary the Virgin : Archdeacon's Transcript
Witness: Harriot Higham, Thomas Higham
Occupation: Builder

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Stephen by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Stephen:
