The FamilySearch source for the birth of Streeter-586 has an image of an admittedly modern transcription in the town records of the date as 10 "Sept" 1644, so I think it should be left as September pending further evidence.

The record viewable on ancestry has the date as 10 9 1644, since births in the 11 and 12 months are recorded as 1644/5, I would suggest that the FS index is incorrect and that Hannah was born in November ie the 9th month of the year prior to the calendar change.
