Strickland-1637 and Strickland-4223 appear to represent the same person because: Many similarities in spouse, siblings. Julie Douglass Lee (spelled with 2 s's which is the Scottish variant) is my great grandmother. We do have some conflicting information on dates. I'm wondering if the spelling of Douglas / Douglass is creating some confusion. After coming to America, the Douglasses dropped the second s to become Douglas.
