Event: Aboard the ship Charming Nancy with Mother Anna, siblings Catherina, Ulrich, and Jacob. Arrival 08 OCT 1737. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. [6][7]

Buried Heidel Cemetery. 1758 Windsor Township, York County, Pennsylvania, USA.

Barbara was born at Ibersheim in November 1720 and at about age 17 arrived with her mother Anna and older siblings Catherine, Ulrich and Jacob via the ship "Charming Nancy" at Philadelphia on 8 Oct 1737. Barbara's father Hans was a Mennonite minister. Hans first wife (Elsbeth Lohrer Strickler) died in child birth at Friedrichstadt on 25 May 1697.
