Biography
Frances was born in Holborn, London, England, on 21 July 1889 to James Strong and Clara Birch. She first married James Edward Poulter, they had 2 known children. He died of wounds in the war. She remarried to widower George Barnfather in 1918.
She passed away at the Smallwood hospital, Redditch, Worcestershire, England.
