Strong, and attended the Hill School and Yale University.</line><line /><line>He spent his summers at Alasa Farms at Alton where at one time he raised hackney horses and herds of pedigreed cattle, many of which took prizes in International expositions.</line><line /><line>During World War II Mr. Strong served as chairman of the Monroe County War Price and Rationing Board.</line><line ><line>He leaves his widow, Mrs. Marjorie Hall Strong; four daughters, Mrs. John L.
