Thomas Stubbs was born in New South Wales, Australia

Thomas Bruce Stubbs was born on December 4, 1911 in Cattai, New South Wales, Australia. His parents were William Charles Stubbs (~1878 - 1950) and Lilly May (Kemp) Stubbs (1882 - 1953).[1]

Thomas served in World War 2 in the Australian Army (N190352) from 4th June, 1941 until 14th April, 1944. At the time of discharge, he was a Gunner with 111 Tank Attack Regiment.[2]

Thomas died on September 27, 1959 aged 47.[3][4]

His Death Notice reads[5]: STUBBS, Thomas Bruce - September 27, 1959, of Killarney, via Windsor, dearly loved son of the late William and Lilly Stubbs, dear brother of Arthur, Stan, Jack, Harry, and Ken, aged 48 years. At rest." After a Service at St. James' Church of England, Pitt Town he was buried at Pitt Town Cemetery (C/E).
