Louis Arthur Stumbo Sr was born in Jan of 1889, in Texas. Lewis is the child of William Stumbo and Mary Wilson. He married Ella E Round 25 Dec 1922, in Alameda County, California. Louis Arthur Stumbo Sr. passed away 19 Apr 1939, in Orange County, California, and is buried in the Loma Vista Memorial Park, in Fullerton, Orange County, California.[1][2][3]
