Matthaeus Stumpp was born 26 January 1795 in Unterensingen, Nürtingen, Kingdom of Württemberg to Johannes Stumpp and Christina Kraushaar.[1]

Matthais arrived in Alt Posttal in 1839.[2]

Matthaeus married Beata Richter. [3]

Matthaeus and Johanna had the following children:

  • Kartharina Stumpp b 1829; m Bernhard Bohnet Had issue. [2]
  • Rosina Stumpp b 1834 [2]
  • Elisabeth Stumpp b 29 November 1838 Alt Posttal, Bessarabia, Russia[3]

Matthais Stump died in 1841 in Alt Posttal, Bessarabia, Russia.[2]
