Biography
Henry Joseph Sturgeon was born on May 23, 1895, in New Brunswick, Canada. He was the son of Albert Sturgeon and Nancy Grattan, his father, Allen, was 29 and his mother, Anastasia, was 21. He married Maria Jane Sullivan on August 26, 1914,[1] in Blackville, New Brunswick, Canada. They had 14 children in 24 years. He died on July 17, 1979, in Blackville, New Brunswick, Canada, at the age of 84, and was buried in Northumberland, New Brunswick, Canada.
