Biography
When Nancy Jane Sturgill was born on November 18, 1871, in Wise, Virginia, her father, Joel, was 35, and her mother, Cynthia, was 31. She married William Riley Boggs on November 1, 1888, in Virginia. They had nine children in 23 years. She died on October 30, 1954, in Benham, Kentucky, at the age of 82, and was buried in Eolia, Kentucky.
