Beatrice was the sister of Anselm de Stuteville, inheriting a share of his lands from him, including a manor at Weston Colville, Cambridgeshire[1] and, according to a jury in 1290, lands in Yorkshire.[2] Her birth date is not known but her son Roger (by er second husband) was old enough to return to allegiance to the crown in 1217 alongside his father, suggesting it was before 1185.
Beatrice married twice. Her first husband was Bartholomew de Bussei/Bussey.[2][3]
