There isn't any evidence to suggest her mother is Cassandra Williams as is often mentioned in online family trees and copied from one tree to the next without a source.

Onslow County, North Carolina Deed Book 17, page 1156, # 33 26 Dec 1827: John Giles bought of Richard Horn and wife, Anney, a plantation known as the John Stiles place, in the fork of Dudley's Mill Pond which is Anney Horn's right in her father's property, deceased.
