Louisa Minna Sudholz (married name Holtom) was born on 15 September 1867 in Gilles Plains, South Australia, Australia, the daughter of Johann Wilhelm Albrecht Sudholz and Catherina Sudholz.^[1]

She married William Victor Holtom on 21 May 1890 in Adelaide, South Australia.^[2] They had two daughters:

• Louise Victor Holtom (1891–1965)^[3]
• Beatrice Holtom (1895–1975)^[4]

Louisa died on 16 November 1917 at her home, "Avonhurst," St. Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria, aged 50.^[1][5]
