Biography
Eliza was born on February 28, 1844 and a daughter of Andrew Suggs and Jemina Hill. [1][2][3] She married John Hallford on 27 Feb 1862 at Moniteau ,Missouri. She passed away on November 6, 1890 and buried in the Flag Spring Cemetery south of California, Moniteau County, Missouri.
