Richard Suiter was born 16 January 1931 in Kansas. He was the son of Martin Suiter and Nellie Hart.

RESEARCH NOTE: Although a Norma Jean Suiter appears in the 1940 census; it does not appear that Martin and Nellie had a child named Norma Jean -- possibly a census error?
He died 20 July 2004.[2]He is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery in Hutchinson, Kansas.[3]
