Sarah was born 13 May 1696 in Rochester, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay.^[1] She was the daughter of John Summers and Elizabeth (Unknown) Summers.^[1]

On 31d 8m 1720 [31 Oct 1720], she married John Walker, son of John of Marshfield, Plymouth, Massachusetts Bay.^[2]
