Hi Mark, There is a mix-up regarding Maxwell-4107. I just noticed the changes you had made which seems to have joined William Maxwell baptized in Philadelphia in 1795, the child of Anthony Maxwell and Catharine Sickels, and William Daniel Maxwell. I have just begun to try and import information for the former by creating a new ID for him, Maxwell-13480. However, looking over the sources that I had originally imported I believe the discrepancy must be in the latter generations. I don't have a firm grasp this collateral line, but it seems to me that there is a definite mix-up somewhere. Can you please tell me where the original descrepancy was that caused you to merge William Daniel Maxwell with William Maxwell? Hopefully we can get this sorted out. Thank You!--Jim Maxwell

Hi Mark,

Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!

Pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, so working within the projects which coordinate them is essential. You can learn about joining the community in How To #3 and in the Project FAQ.

The Maryland Project may fit your research focus. If not, use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find other possibilities. Review the project page to learn about resources and profile guidelines as well as how to collaborate with the project members.

Have questions? Click my name, then ask in the comments on my profile.
