Removed father William Sumner as he died in 1739 in Massachusetts and was not from Wales. None of the source links in this profile work. He may be the son of Hezekiah and Abigail, see: https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/LHL7-6JL. This profile needs some research and work to verify info.

Sumner-913 and Sumner-49 appear to represent the same person because: Both have wife Isabella/Esabella, matching sons Owen who married Sarah "Sally" Newton, and matching grandsons Joshua who married Mary Early.
