Biography

Obituary: Edmund Surette The death occurred at his home, Pinkney's Point, January 13, at the age of 87, of Edmund Surette. He was the son of the late Trove and Euphanie (Cottreau) Surette.

His is survived by his wife, Louise, and two adopted daughters, Marion (Mrs. Wilfred Doucette), Pinkney's Point; Edith (Mrs. Stillman Boudreau), Hopkinton, Mass.; two adopted sons, Adolphe Fitzgerald, Pinkney's Point, Edmund Devillier, Little River Harbor; two brothers, Louis and Jerome, Pinkney's Point; one sister, Mrs. Margaret Saulnier, Pinkney's Point.

Funeral service was January 17 at Pinkney's Point with Rev. Leo Maillet officiating. Interment was under the direction of Huskilson's Funeral Home.
