Biography

When Louis Surprenant was born on August 14, 1789, in St-Constant, Quebec^[1], his father, Jacques Surprenant, was 36 and his mother, Marie Baudin, was 28. He married Marie Josephte Hebert and they had three children together. He then married Marie Marthe Reine Lebeau^[2] and they had nine children together. He died on May 29, 1834, in Iberville, Quebec^[3], at the age of 44, and was buried there.
